fvBilkul Jitendra! Achhe swasthya ke liye kuchh mahatvapurn baatein yaad rakhni chahiye. Main aasan bhaasha mein likh raha hoon:
1. Santulit Aahar (Balanced Diet):
Har din aise khana jisme protein, carbohydrate, vitamin, mineral aur fibre ho. Jaise: sabzi, daal, anaj, fal, doodh, aur pani.
2. Niyamit Vyayaam (Regular Exercise):
Har din kam se kam 30 minute chalna, daudna, yoga ya koi bhi physical activity bahut jaruri hai.
3. Achhi Neend:
Rozana 7-8 ghante ki gahri neend lein. Neend se sharir aur mann dono ko aaram milta hai.
4. Tanav Niyantran (Stress Management):
Zyada stress lene se swasthya kharab ho sakta hai. Dhyan (meditation), gehri saans lena, ya apne shauk (hobby) mein samay bitana madadgar hota hai.
5. Pani ka Paryapt Sevan (Hydration):
Din bhar mein lagbhag 7-8 glass pani peena chahiye. Pani sharir ko detoxify karta hai.
6. Nasha se Door Rahna:
Sharab, tambaaku, cigarette jaise nashe wali cheezon se bachna chahiye.
7. Niyamit Swasthya Jaach (Regular Health Check-up):
Samay-samay par doctor se health check-up karana bhi zaruri hai.
